Description
The One Man Band is our do-everything board, but it does things differently than the Fatty line. It carries a longer wheelbase, which makes it more comfortable and confident on hills, while keeping a single kicktail for getting up and away from things when you need it. It’s built for riders who want speed and stability first, but still want the ability to manage obstacles and unexpected situations.
Compared to a Fatty, the One Man Band feels more directional and more composed at speed. The longer wheelbase smooths things out, and the directional rocker concave keeps you planted and in control without feeling restrictive. It’s stable, predictable, and easy to trust when you’re moving fast.
The single kicktail keeps the board functional without overcomplicating the shape. It’s there when you need it, out of the way when you don’t. This is a board meant to be ridden hard across varied terrain, from hills to rougher streets, without needing to overthink your setup or your line.

The One Man Band! I got one for myself and one for my partner. My partner cruises on it with 50 degree 9″ Paris RKP trucks and wheels that have grip. She loves the concave on her feet, the graphic, and the accessibility of standing in either longboard or skateboard stance. When I skate mine, I really love how the directional rocker creates a pocket for my front foot. I have it set up with Ace TKP trucks and 7degree wedge/dewedge risers. The board is narrow enough for me to access the rails and push out slides both ways with minimal foot adjustments. It feels stiff when skating fast mountain roads, but also playful enough for free riding San Francisco sidewalks. I think the One Man Band would feel amazing with slalom trucks and race wheels. Bonzing nailed it with this board, I love it.
