30 days. If it’s not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: the board has to be unused — no grip, no bolts, no ride marks. Once a board’s been gripped or ridden, it’s officially yours. We build these to be ridden with intention, not hesitation.
Refund or exchange: we’ll refund or credit you as soon as it lands back at Bonzing HQ.
Return shipping: customers cover return shipping. But if we shipped the wrong thing or it showed up damaged, we’ll handle everything — that one’s on us.
