Products, pricing & availability
We make boards in small runs, so graphics and models sell out and availability can change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order listed with an obvious error (for example, a clearly wrong price). Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (out of stock, suspected fraud). Acceptance happens when your order ships, not when you receive a confirmation email.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By ordering, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping
Free shipping within the U.S.; flat $100 per order internationally. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package. International duties and import taxes are your responsibility. See our Shipping page.
Returns & exchanges
Unused boards can be returned within 30 days. Full details on our Returns page.
Warranty
Boards are covered against manufacturing defects as described on our Warranty page — not damage from impact, normal wear, misuse, or modification.
Intellectual property & acceptable use
The Bonzing name, logo, board art, photography, and copy belong to Bonzing or the artists we work with, and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Don’t misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
Assumption of risk
Skateboarding is inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. You skate at your own risk. Always wear appropriate protective gear and skate within your ability and local laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonzing is not liable for injury or damage resulting from the use of our products.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonzing’s total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
